Students who wish to apply for 2025-26 Cuesta College scholarships must submit their applications by March 2. Returning or continuing students who need financial assistance with books, materials or any tuition are encouraged to apply. 

Scholarships are awarded based on such factors as a student’s academic achievement, financial need, major, enrollment status, geographic residence, leadership, personal circumstances and career pathway. 

Scholarship applications began in the fall semester. For the 2025-26 academic year, $777,640 in scholarships were awarded to students. This is the final week students can fill out applications online. Students who need financial assistance to begin their journey at Cuesta College can apply on the Cuesta website.
