Cuesta College will officially transition to a tobacco-free campus at the beginning of next year.

Each year on May 1 the nation celebrates Law Day and San Luis Obispo will celebrate locally with two hours of activities by active members of the legal profession.
The event is open to the public where citizens can celebrate the role of law in our society and “cultivate a deeper understanding of the legal profession,†said SLO courts news staff.
The activities will include judge presentations where will judges will provide information about criminal, civil, family, and juvenile law and procedures. Legal service offices in the SLO community will provide legal resource materials and information.
Staff will provide tours of the law library, jury services and court clerk’s office and lawyers who are members of the San Luis Obispo Bar Association will volunteer their time to answer general legal questions.
Admission is free and the event will take place from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at SLO Superior Court located on 1050 Monterey St.
