The Associated Students of Cuesta College is an on-campus organization devoted to advocating for student interests. It highlights both North County and San Luis Obispo campus activities, events, basic needs and more resources. The ASCC hosts multiple events each month, all free to attend.
This month, the North County campus is hosting two events. There is a midterm-based event on Tuesday, March 10, from 12 to 2 p.m. in the Student Success Center, where students will be provided with study help, stress-relieving activities, wellness supplies and free food.

North County also advertises Tuesday, March 17, to celebrate Cesar Chavez at the cafe/patio area in the Campus Center from 12 to 2 p.m, where ethnic studies deep dives into his fight for rights and equity.
SLO campus is hosting three events during the remainder of the month. The same midterm-based event that North County advertises will take place in the Student Success Center on Wednesday, March 11, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., offering plenty of opportunities to prepare for midterms.
Additionally, the campus’s Ethnic Studies Department is hosting a Cesar Chavez celebration in the ASCC courtyard outside the bookstore from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event will invite access to information, resources, and activities.
The month closes out with a SLO campus Welcome Back BBQ out by the flag pole area near the ASCC courtyard on Tuesday, March 31 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The ASCC and campus police invite students to come out for food, games and music. The event will also provide introductions to the current ASCC student representatives and information on how to get involved.
