PHOTOS: SLO offers plenty of hot spots for coffee lovers

Barista Dani Pozos makes coffee at Corazón Cafe located on Higuera St in SLO. Corazon Cafe is a Southern Mexican cafe and coffee shop serving Latin inspired food and drinks.

Local coffee shops are a staple in every community. They provide a space for people to go to catch up with friends, get some work done or relax with a beverage. For college students they are especially important because they provide a space for them to study and offer caffeinated beverages to keep them going through often long study sessions. The coffee shops highlighted in this series of photos are all located in Downtown SLO which is accessible to the local college students in the area.
